Maybe PTEC should buy out SYSF to get in the "lucrative" SystemWizard market...where there is an opportunity to milk users in the after-market for another $30 bucks a year contract for continued use of the service... Heck, at current levels for SYSF they could take a 1-time charge to buy them and then have a nice ongoing tax-writeoff of SYSF's tax loss carryforwards for quite awhile...might be able to increase their ongoing EPS nicely even if SystemWizard does nothing. Seriously, with Bob Angelo out of the picture, I wouldn't be surprised if PTEC is at least considering a bid for what is left of SYSF. Mark.
