Creditman, I'm in! I've heard from more than one source that this CEO is a TRUE believer in the "quality principles". To me that shows vision with a capital V! I look for them to follow the Selectron path to growth and prosperity. Cheap labor from underdeveloped countries is not the main road to increasing EPS. Quality, and focusing on the quality principles is. Michael
