Steve Schatzman was nice enough to take the time to talk to me on AOL for a long while. He said that he dumped Ira because of his lack of professionalism and success...and was unaware of what he was doing. He made a strong point that the company is going forward and healthy, with a new store to start construction on 11/9/98. I pointed out that HVAR is now way under book value...and he said that Marc Cohen will be successful in getting HVAR information out to the investment community, to correct this problem. Steve is also confident that Ira's people, will not dump their shares...as he has already spoken to several of them. Jon
