While TSRI may be overvalued looking at trailing PE, I don't see it overvalued looking at PSR, that is especially true factoring in the problem solving business they are in with the Y2K. My opinion is that the Y2K problem is larger than is being realized at the moment. Many of the companies and government agencies out there are just beginning their assessment of the problem. Time is of the essence on this one and much needed analysis/programming/testing/migration has to be done to get everything completed on time. I doubt that it all will get done. Cobol programmers are now at a premium because of the old legacy systems for which there is little of no documentation and in some cases, original code may not be available.

While there may be a lot of price fluctuation in stocks in the Y2K business...and TSRI was a company before Y2K became a household word..., I think earnings are going to get better and better as the timeframe narrows.

So what are the projected earnings over the next couple of years with sales increasing. They did okay last quarter even with the cost of developing their product to use in correcting Y2K problems for which no billable hours were realized.

Just my 2cents FWIW
