Thread, Want to see a really manipulated market? Keep in mind that Japan opened slightly down.I have little doubt that I will see a story tomorrow chonicling the activity of government controlled or influenced pension funds. In the futures market. This happens quite frequently in the Japan markets. My theory is Japan, as I have stated before, is artificially propping (or attempting to) its markets to avoid perceived future blame it may be assigned for the world's woes. I am -not- a conspiracist. Others in Japan have accused the governement of the same things. I agree. See Yahoo!
