Dan, I doubt Veba is buying in the open market, they are converting some of their debt to equity, but that will be accomplished by the new $200 MM is stock, of which about $106 comes from Veba (and will be used to repay part of WFR debt to Veba, thus no new money to WFR on this, only the the $94 MM which other holders would dish out to exercise the rights).
