Zeev Just a higher % ownership

Yea Veba's first position is not initially to be registered in US markets.

At a $7 price I believe it works out to aprox 10% dilution, 5%+ of which goes to Veba. Other share holders I am assuming can exercise aprox 10% of current holdings

Anyone who exercises all 10% can buy any non purchased stock from the pool

Lets assume that most of the stock holders don't exercise their options, Veba could buy several percent more stock

I believe 53% is current position, plus 5%+ new options, plus 2% of unpurchased= 60% for new position

Big bucks, deep pockets, world wide connections, and big % ownership= good things to come!!!!

May all your charts break out!!
