s martin: I do not have any illusions about their chances. If you remember Daddy, Gary, & myself (some others, also) tried to encourage them to seek alternative methods to bring this to a head. I had posted several links to attorney's. They decided against that action. Their only hope IMO, (slim as it is) is no Chapter 7. Who knows... something crazy might happen long after they have forgotten about this stock.
