Fred, Do you know whether or not it would be legal for Creative to offer to purchase Ng's shares privately rather than on the open market? Would they even want to? It seems to me that doing so would prevent a rapid (almost artificial) runup in price, and would also prevent this pesky former owner from dumping shares every time the price of CREAF advances. Mike
