Creditman, sorry maybe I didn't make myself clear. Solectron the double winner of the Malcolm Baldridge award is the leader in quality. I believe Praegitzer will try and emulate them in this regard. I also believe people tend to look overseas in order to reduce costs and compete in a commodity like industry. Quality reduces that need dramatically. Reducing scrap, waste, muda, cycle time and so much more is the real key to success in this industry IMHO. It's nice to hear about a CEO who has the vision to recognize that. Many CEO's talk a good game, but how many of them really believe in the principles of quality deep down. Very few IMHO. My bet is that within 5 years Praegitzer competes very effectively for the Baldridge Award and maybe even the Deming prize. If applied correctly, this is the sure way to increase profits. We'll just have to wait and see. I plan on holding this stock for quite some time to find out. Mike
