Those following BOST might be interested to hear an analysts comments on the restaurant industry and BOST in the DJIN website.
He says their margins are improving with the new menu items.
Personnally, I don't think the food is very good.
BOST has signed up area developers who have enough money to
open tens or hundreds of stores and must be pretty sophisticated.
what I don't understand, then, is how BOST has been able to convince them to invest all this money and open more and more
restaurants even though it is a money losing proposition for these
franchisees. Do you have any explanation for this, candlestick ?
I am nervous to short it before understanding this aspect.They can't all be fools, can they ? The large short ratio is also a negative since obviously these shares must eventually be bought back.
