The syndicate for the proposed public offering is led by First Marathon Securities Limited along with Porthmeor Securities Inc. The best efforts offering is anticipated to comprise a treasury issue of common shares in the range of Cdn $3 - 5 million. The proceeds of the issue are expected to be used to retire existing debt and for working capital. Pallet Pallet Inc. operates North America's largest integrated distribution network for new and recycled wood pallets, reusable plastic pallets and containers, and related products.
