January 3, 1997 DCTC Close $ 2.125 by $ 2.25 Dear Mr. Murphy, (reply to #509) Looks like the Bettencourt acquisition has already started to kick things off for 1997! Based on Paul Bettencourt's vast knowledge in the hotel/motel area. Do you foresee Privilege Enterprises Ltd. (formally Benttencourt) implementing any sales and marketing programs in this highly lucrative area? Keep up the great work Mr. Murphy. I know these acquisitions and marketing programs take time. I don't expect them to happen overnight. What is that famous quote? "Position and Patients". I think "Grupo B. the Techno challenged" may have said this a time or two! Seriously, keep up the great work and I'll keep accumulating more DCTC stock. (reply to #506) Dear Mr. Joe Pirate, Hard work by DCTC and serious investors like yourself will get us to $50 by "Position and Patients". Hold and accumulate by averaging up, this will support the stock and your own position. I plan to follow my own advise and buy 500 shares at the ask Monday morning!
