Rick, the question I was interested in was, what percentage of people convicted of perjury in a civil case go to jail? I know that we have 115 people in jail But is that a significant percent of those convicted? That is if we have 10,000 convicted and only 115 jailbirds then? BTW I also think Diane got screwed ...in more ways than one.
