(GBX) The Company has completed the Major Transaction outlined in its Information Circular dated August 5, 1998 and approved by the shareholders on September 24, 1998. As a result, effective at the opening of business on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29, 1998, the Company will no longer be considered a Junior Capital Pool Company.
