The SEC "tipped off" Rico and not all shareholders? Strange when one considers the posts that "he is just a shareholder." The SEC and Rico? It is like trying to mix oil and water... That reminds me - I wonder if Spider ever contacted the SEC about their failure to post information about the following AZNT related enforcement action on their web site?: Among the Orders entered by the Court to shut down this fraudulent operation are: (1) a Temporary Restraining Order to halt the securities sales and freeze the defendants' assets and (2) an Order appointing a Receiver to immediately secure the offices and assets of the corporate defendants. The SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit preliminary and permanent injunctions from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and Sections 10(b) and 15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, disgorgement of ill-gotten profits and money penalties.
