NO, My opinion is it had nothing to do with it-----I personally think the price structure given will hurt Boundless in the channel----Odd, huh???? The reason for this is the channel works off profit and Boundless decreased the end user pricing, but decreased a workable margin at the channel level. I can't go into details but I have expressed a "no vote". Price is not the issue---it's demand creation.
Price only becomes an issue when you have someone that is ready to buy. Boundless needs customers---and if the channel can't make money it will hurt the demand creation-----It's nice to have a price that is lower and appears to be a money savings move--a win win situation. It is not a win win situation. We shall see, huh? The question I have proposed to Boundless is "WHO' is creating DEMAND? Will they continue to CREATE demand? UCSI creates demand and is the leader in this technology and will continue to do be the leader. Along with the price reduction to the end user they have to come up with a plan that makes the CHANNEL happy.

I'm a supporter of Boundless as well as the other thin client manufacturers and will continue to be a supporter. As a major supplier of Boundless I'm just expressing my opinion. It will not effect UCSI as a company I just want the best for everyone.

BIG "O"
