The press release makes me wonder whether any of the Inrange money comes with strings so that payments must be returned in the event that Inrange doesn't ship sufficient product; otherwise, why isn't cash recognized as revenue, when received? The answer could be that the agreement provides in some fashion that the revenue is not earned until product ships -- over a five-year period of time -- and that unearned revenue must be returned.

The press release also makes me quite curious about the anticipated margins on the Inrange revenue. Was this really a clever, and thoughtful, financing deal, and Ancor discounted product heavily to get advance cash payments which we cannot even book as revenue because of something not yet disclosed which prevents Ancor from doing so under GAAP?

These are questions that I hope are discussed during the conference call?
