FileNet and Cornerstone

Tom:

I have bookmarked SI's FileNet board and have posted an inquiry there about FileNet/Cornerstone competitive position. Some posters there say FileNet's sales people have been unable to close certain big deals and another mentioned litigation with Wang (not clear who is the defendant) that Wang has refused to settle.
