Josef - I won't be surprised by price reaction. They did not project earnings nor made a pre-announcement. Breakeven is not bad news. They have been hiring a lot and their SG&A is ought to be high now. It will take 1-2 more qtrs for these upfront expenses get paid and for their biz model to generate new contract/cash flow.

CMND business will grow because it is consistent with the outsourcing trend. Their labor pool is getting more fully utilized. I do not know the percentage of work done by their off-shore facility vs. US labor pool. Depending upon these percentages, gross margins in project based model should improve with time and give more control over staffing. Long term hold. Ram
