These accounting games are becomming irritating. There should be a standard such as GAAP which should be enforced. None of this "for informational purposes only."

Apparently if you pay for expenses with stock, which doesn't use any cash, you don't need to call it an expense for PR reporting purposes. And if you do have to burn cash, just push it into the future by calling it deferred marketing expense. "Certain marketing expenses associated with the Company's national advertising campaign were deferred into the fourth quarter due to legal restrictions relating to the "quiet period" of the Company's initial public offering." What the heck?
