Dear NANDA: I envision an ACTIVE shareholders committee. Management WILL meet with our representatives or ELSE. Once we get set up IF EVERYONE AGREES we should formulate our questions. In the event they decide to SNUB us I would suggest that we go to the SEC, the Connecticut Attorney General or whomever over sees securities in that state, the Press and anyone else who will listen to us and perhaps take up our banner. As shareholders we have a RIGHT to know what is going on. I am NOT an attorney and I dont propose any lawsuit or anything. But if we have to put HEAT on them then I think we should. This will only work if everyone involved takes it seriously. Dont know BOB but he certainly should be in the program. jdn
ps: I realize that even as a group we are minority shareholders BUT minority shareholders have rights too. It is clear that ours are being violated. Also, we neednt limit ourselves to this thread. I would suggest we put out a call on YAHOO, AOL, and any other threads we can get too.
