Dear Ram: I hate to burst your balloon, but that $672,000 non reoccurring charge you refer to was in 1997 NOT 1998. What I THINK is going on is that they are taking on this PROJECT business at minimal margins and it is costing them plenty in SG&A. I would doubt the y2k margins are suffering unless mismanaged. Also, in reference to my other posts. I would want to question Volpe and Cowen ALSO. I bought this stock because THEY were the underwriters. I didnt know squat about Caputo and gang but I knew of the Volpe and Cowen reputations and EXPECTED them to see that this company had superior management. I happen to agree with what I THINK is the business plan but am concerned about EXECUTION. JDN
