DD - Congrats on getting out of TMAR with a short-term profit. I held my few shares even thought I realized that earnings were risky (wonder why the decided to report BEFORE the bell - I always thought that was a signal that a company expected to meet or beat.) I'm not too disappointed with TMAR - it's a stock which will come back nicely when the sector does. So I'll just hang on to it. (I do not need any more "tax losses" for this year :) Prof
