Melissa, I would think ALA,TI,Paigain,ADI,MOT,LU,etc "Chip manufactures" are aware of the key patents involved in the G.Lite standard and who has patents pending. Since there wasn't a fight, I question Aware's pending patents and what they promised to get them part of the standard. Has Aware released a statement that they have key patents/pending-patents to the G.Lite standard?... until later.
