Hi Kevin, I'm not sure what the rules are exactly, but I know there are restrictions. Hell, if you worked for ASND and knew something was cooking, would you sell? I think a Mr. Gary Korn could help us out with the laws governing insider trades. We'll have to query him! Sup.
