WITH TEXAS INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION COMPANY

TULSA, Okla. and JERSEY CITY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28,
1998--Corporate Vision (OTC: CVIA.O) is pleased to announce it has in
principal signed a non-binding letter of intent to purchase 20%
ownership of ArchivalCD Inc. along with an agreement, preparing
ArchivalCD for an Initial Public Offering.
Corporate Vision CEO Keith A. Anderson issued this statement from
Jersey City, NJ: "We at Corporate Vision are very excited with the
possibility of adding ArchivalCD to our holdings, ArchivalCD services
are unique and there is currently no known competition in their
specialized field. Pending any unforeseen delays we feel we can close
this deal in less than 14 working days and begin immediate
preparations for a public offering of ArchivalCDs common stock. We
feel that ArchivalCD is a rapidly growing company that has
positioned itself in a high demand information service market sector."
ArchivalCD is a Crockett Texas Information service company: CEO
and President Daniel J. Hay offers investors this description of his
companies services.
"ArchivalCD uses several proprietary processes to scan microfilm
records, digitize the images, and replicate an image-base to CD. The
company has produced a proprietary image viewer that allows the
end-user to view images in a similar manner to using a microfilm
reader. Through the use of proprietary and licensed image compression
technology, ArchivalCD is able to place two to four rolls of film on
each CD-R disc."
