Dear Ram: Thats up to the group to decide. I am sure we have a lot of very smart people here. Dumb ones sold, haha. First we need to kick this idea around, select a leader, assemble questions, priortize the questions and then vote on the action we will take. We did this on TAVA some time back with excellent results. Management took our questions and included them in their remarks during the CC. They were glad to have the assistance. We are in the process of doing same at ALYD and initially at least management has said they were delighted in the interest and would work with us. CMND may be a horse of a different color. So far at least they have chosen to tell shareholders NOTHING. I am quite sure the 10Q will be of no use to us. The MD&A letter in those things addresses the past not the future. I realize that CMND cannot give us any proprietary answers but some questions I presume they could answer and in any event they could use them to formulate a press conference and inform all shareholders simultaneously.
