CIG is ready to report earnings today. Estimates are $0.44, whisper is $0.49. If more companies are upgraded, this whole industry will begin to take off. I actually feel like picking up some CIG right now. HOLT was upgraded and is up 40% today...and CIG appears to be a better value. As for out HVAR...a couple of buys this morning, that is all. Jon
