On TV last night was a story of an individual who had been released from jail because the evidence against him in a criminal prosecution turned out to be weak or nonexistent. The prosecutor agreed on TV that the evidence by itself was worthless except when taken together as a package! In his mind the "evidence" created a pattern that was good enough to begin a new case against the individual. When such a person is granted that much power, it is difficult for them to handle it in a rational way.

There is reason to believe GRNO will survive and prosper eventually. It has its long delayed construction permit and its long delayed settlement with the SEC. While that SEC settlement may be worthless to Americans, it is possible that foreigners may view it differently and may choose to provide GRNO with the business and funding it needs. Once that happens, time will be on GRNO's side, not the SEC's. It will provide impetus for the SEC to offer to settle out of court. Then Gambrell and Stolz should also see the writing on the wall and settle. Again, time will be on GRNO's side and only time will tell how long it will take for the litigation to go away.
