Unless you are expecting MU will miss milestones, I don't see any problem with timeframe or any conditions like that when they invest $500 mil. I would even with 1 mil. INTC must think it's a good deal for them knowing MU's history. Still waiting to get back in @low 30s or high 20s. InSook
