This was not another problem. You have only pointed out another aspect of the same problem. There are many side affects when changes occur.More so when contracts are involved. All those issues have been settled many months ago.The share issuance is to retire debt, this will create of course share holder value and offset dilution .Also as profit is shown, share price goes up,company will issue shares at higher value.Remember, this company is in a turn around situation, sales are up and growing. As I have read every item on PLT that I can lay my eyes on,going back over a year I am confident in the fact that the management of Pallet Pallet Inc.are very genuine in thier implementation of a plan to return the company to profits from here on.They have worked hard taking strategic steps to slash overhead and restructure the company. The first clear signs that PLT's strategies are working can be seen in Pallet Pallet's financial results for first quarter fiscal 1997,ending Aug.31/96 earnings 192,000 based on revenues of 25.7 million, and generated EBITDA of 1.0 million.By continuing to adhere to their strategies laid out in managements Business Plan(further described in 1996 annual report),I am confident they can manage their business successfully and continue building on Pallet Pallet's considerable strengths in the marketplace.PLT/TSE is a strong buy.
