does anyone have Lehman's actual comments?

While grateful for a buy opportunity, it would be a shame if Lehman is behind any attempt to move the stock price. I have always considered Tim Luke a good source of information for QC.

Looking at the numbers, QC had already made $1.27 for the first 3 qtrs of FY98. Zacks got QC making $.50 this qtr. If QC just meets estimates, FY98 earnings would be $1.77. At say a price of $51, that is a TRAILING PE of 28.8. For FY99, Zacks estimates an earnings of $2.54 resulting in a forward PE in the low 20s. We all know QC's growth rate the last couple of years. If Maria B's report is correct (she mumbled something about Lehman saying QC stock too high for earnings), I see no grounds for that statement, espeically from Lehman.

I sure hope this morning's movement is more due to an irrational reaction to the FON PCS news.
