Sam,

Just got back up to Chicago from Memphis. Flew Southwest and I am happy to report that we left Nashville on time and we arrived in Chicago 5 minutes early. Hopefully they have either fixed the problems they were having or I just lucked out this time. I did look up at the arrivals and departures when I was in Chicago and Nashville and I did notice that out of 50 flights maybe 7 had delays but the longest one was 10 minutes.

Also, there were very long lines at the ticket counters for Southwest. I don't know if they were having problems or they were just that busy. I talked to someone and they said that there were no problems that they were busy so I am going to take their word. Hopefully, the 1st Quarter will get Southwest back on the track.

Bryan
