I am rapidly coming to the same conclusion, after having no evening access for over a month. Furthermore, Technical Support could make no promise that it would be fixed within a week, a month or a year! I think for me the cheapest subscription to AOL would cover email and access to Motley Fool once in a while, with unlimited service thru ATT or MSN. Could you or someone tell me what is "ISP" and where to call up to find out details.
