Hi,
I am confident that Debeers will do what it takes to maintain controll of the rate of production AND release of >1 carat top quality goods. This is absolutely necessary to controll the market. I really can't see any alternative for Debeers-they will have to at some point in time (perhaps after the bulk results next year) buy Winspear so they can continue to regulate the supply and price of diamond.
