Paid touters beware! 23 SEC cases filed today. Check-out SEC talking head on CNBC now. He was quite clear in stating the requirements of anybody who is paid to promote a stock. You must disclose the fact of payment, source of payment, type (cash or stock) and amount of payment. (None of these "from time to time" disclaimers...) I am particularly happy to see The Future SuperStock (I call it the Future SuperScam) busted. This was their #1 highlighted case.
