I'm not trying to link ZULU to an SEC investigation - I thought that the information would be interesting to people here.

In any case, nobody here has anything to worry about in connection with this SEC action.

Clearly, there is nobody here who is being paid to promote ZULU or ESVS, since I have seen none of the required disclosures.
