CLEARWATER, Fla., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Communications,
Inc. (BB: SCMI) announced today expansion of its' healthcare cost
containment services by signing a Business Expansion Agreement with one
of the nation's largest disability firms, Disability Services
International, Inc. (DSI). DSI has developed some of the most
successful Disability Management Programs for Fortune 500 and Managed
Care Clients. DSI clients have included some of the following Fortune
500 firms: American Express, Hewlett Packard, Hughes Aircraft, Intel
Corporation, Lockheed Martin, TRW and 3M. DSI Insurance Company clients
have included: CNA, Fireman's Fund, General Reinsurance, John Hancock,
Liberty Mutual, and UNUM Life Insurance Company of America.
This new business expansion in the California market for SCMI and
its Strategic Alliance Partners will permit SCMI to introduce 100% "real
time" electronic healthcare claim audits to Fortune 500 clients and
Managed Care clients. SCMI's 100% "real time" electronic healthcare
claim auditing will bring significant healthcare claim savings to its
clients which will result in substantially reducing clients healthcare
claim "errors." SCMI can identify claim errors for its clients on a
daily basis, prior to payment, thereby increasing the value of its
services, and providing improved cost reductions to their clients'
benefit programs. With SCMI's "Total Claims Quality Program," it can
assure Fortune 500 clients of improving their efficiency of claims
processing, thereby avoiding unnecessary payment liability.
SCMI estimates that this new Business Expansion Agreement will
result in new Fortune 500 and Public Sector clients in California within
6 months and add significantly to its revenue stream.
James T. Kowalczyk, President, announced this Business Expansion
Agreement with DSI, one of the nation's largest Disability Management
Companies, by stating: "This Business Expansion Agreement will create
