This is not hype!

I lost two drives and 3 cartridges to this event (IMHO). Iomega is working with my company to repair the mechanisms (which are out of warranty) and recover the lost information, so apparently they are well aware of the situation.

Kudos to Iomega for trying to correct my problem, but in the meantime, I'm without equipment and archival information necessary to run my business.
