Larry, What I am saying is that breaking through 15 7/8 doesn't necessarily mean this has become a momentum stock. It just meansit might go higher...probably will at least for a while. I'm simply saying that the patent approval seems to be the key..at least IMHO. I already own awre stock so I'm not worrying about trying to be around the day the patent gets approved. I'd rather just sit on these shares and be surprised one day when I check the closing price.... This stock for me falls into my "investment" category vs. something I want to trade in and out of. Granted, a speculative investment but I feel pretty comfortable about it and that's what matters. /
