When operating expenses increase as a function of sales, you are going in the WRONG direction. I don't think they are running the business into the ground either. Where we differ is this company has projected recovery and their "plan" to upgrade their fleet as the way they are going to deal with the current situation before. Sometime you have to wonder if that is in fact the correct method of dealing with the situation vs. cutting expenses by mothballing part of their fleet and laying off crews.
