HEY GUYS THE SB-2 REGISTRATION WAS A PRIVATE PLACEMENT IT IS OVER AND HAS BEEN FOR A WHILE. SECOND TOUPS ISN'T LIMITING THEMSELVES TO HOME SYSTEMS. AND 16MILLION OUTSTANDING IS NOT ACCURATE TOUPS ONLY HAS 12 MILLION OUTSTANDING. WHOMEVER SAID THERE WAS A BIT OF PROFIT TAKING i AGREE WITH THAT THEORY AVERAGE STOCK POSITION SEEMS TO BE AT $1.10-$1.20
