Bill, I don't recall. It was in the past couple of weeks and as I didn't have a specific interest in it my memory is a bit vague. Anyway I read a lot of stuff and retain a fraction. I may hunt around and see what I find. You say GKI has a patent on this? Do you have a number or inventor name? Most patents are methodology and cover the application of specific methodology. I get involved in chemical/compositional patents and can tell you that 99 out of 100 issued aren't worth the fee's involved to obtain the patent. However large companies have a defensive view towards this subject, additionally is the ego factor of inventors and lastly is the rare occasion that the property is valuable and potentially licenseable. I wouldn't make too much out of the intellectual property untill more is known. I would think that if something existed here for GKI to capitalize on, Gary would have allready moved on it given his penchant for the marketing and promotion.
