I imagine the buy-out rumors must be starting again. Technically the stock is not doing very well. The recent run has not come on the kind of volume one would usually like to see.

I don't think NN can be accused of moving on buyout rumors. Historically, it's taken something more substantial --- usually with numbers or dollars attached.

Just my take.
