Any chip co. the last umpteen earnings releases: 'we were hurt by decreased Asian demand, but we expect Asian demand to improve towards the end of the next quarter.'

Any co. in recent SEC filings: 'we expect that total Y2K compliance expenses will be immaterial.'

Any co. regarding litigation 'we believe that ______ 's suit is without merit and thus the outcome should have no material adverse effect on the company's financial position.'

Best excuse for speeding: I was racing home because i REALLY have take a whiz and I couldn't stop anywhere because I have a phobia of public restrooms.
