POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 1998--Fragrance Express Inc. (OTC BB:FGRX - news) announced that its name has been changed to National Boston Medical Inc., and the company's symbol has changed to NBMX.
The company has also received a new CUSIP number.
National Boston Medical Inc. is a manufacturer of proprietary product, SafeShield(tm), an anti microbial skin protectant, which has an effective barrier shield lasting over three hours.
National Boston Medical is also the exclusive provider of Bontempi Medical instruments in the U.S. and Canada.
On the company's last press release, dated Oct. 26, 1998, an error occurred in the posting to some Internet sites. The error was in the linking of the company to another company, which is publicly traded. The sale of the company's products were to aprivate company, Creative
Resources, of Lake Ozark, Mo., not to the public company Creative Resources, symbol OTC BB:CRRE.
