OK...if anyone did the math you found that only a few of the
private placement stockholders ever sold more than a small
percent of initial investment......to me that means that a few
took quick money and a lot are holding on to TOUP for the
long run. Guys I have invested a great deal of time trying
to find something wrong with TOUP....I think that this is what
you going to see happen:

(1) Stock may run up and down between 1.50 - 2.25 for the
short time....some of these private placement guys are going
to take easy profit. Once the BORS pumps are on line....
watch out...this will make TOUP a 5.00 -- 10.00 stock over
the next 1-3 years....the market for the product is very big!

(2) The AquaFuel is technology of the next decade....it
may take some time to get it up and running...when it does
I don't think it will be in a small window unit design.....it has
incredable potential in the energy sector as well as waste
water management....if one big oil, gas, coal, etal company
finds AquaFuel then it is off to the the starting gate.

(3) Look at what they have done....licensing of several
inovative products all of which are real.....out of the door
with no debt....excelent leadership.....a game plan of
controlled growth....they found people who traded their
technology for stock in TOUP and restricted most of
them.

I think that TOUP is in business to make money....that
is the kind of company I buy stock in....I have put my
money where my mouth is.... I just bought another 1,000
shares last Friday for 2.00 ea.
