It is imprudent to throw money at hope. This is the action of greed. Greed means that you think you can get more for less. You can buy cheap. If you knew the mass of experience refuting buying cheap, you'd never make such moves. You buy that which is starting to grow dear. You have to pay up to do that. It is that psychology under which you should operate on the buy side. You aren't applying all the things you've learned in sales. It's like buying a used car that has a new paint job. You buy because it looks good and it's cheap. What's the point of years of experience if you can't apply it beyond one narrow application? I know, when they stop paying you for being savvy, you can start being a fool.
