Kevin, the MM can short anything, even sub $1.00. Like sell at $5 then buy at 3.8. Sell at ask buy at bid. To you and me the MM sorts every transaction all day.

RE stock price......rats....chickens before they hatch....some day my prints with come.....If NASDAQ listing is a priority how do you get the stock to hang over 5 for 90 days......buy it. How can a company "plan" to do this?
